Scope of work overview. To build and erect new building facility that includes a newgymnasium, an administration office and twenty-first century classroom with accessible lift. Thescope of work for the new Multi-Purpose Building includes, but is not limited to selective site demolition, scarifying, grubbing, site excavation and off-haul of soil material, installation of concrete footing and foundations, site excavation for underground utilities, structural steel erection, masonry wall installations, engineered truss-systems, storefront systems, civil work,
landscaping and irrigation, site accessibility, mechanical work scopes, electrical work scopes,plumbing work scopes, low voltage and data systems, and a fire alarm system as indicated in the drawings and specifications.

Engineer's Estimate: $10,300,000.

We are an equal opportunity employer. The plans and specs are available for your review at our office. Payment and/or Performance Bonds may be required from a G&S approved surety. G&S will pay up to 1 - 1/2% bond premium. Worker's Compensation Waiver of Subrogation will be required as well as General Aggregate limit per project w/primary wording, to which should be part of your bid. G&S is signatory to the Carpenter & Laborer Local unions. Subs will be expected to execute a standard G&S subcontract agreement.
