Attention Certified DBE firms interested in providing qualifications for consideration to be part of a consultant team pursuing the following project: As-Needed Engineering Services for Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Funded Projects. NCM Engineering is looking for certified DBE firms local to San Diego with recent relevant experience working on FHWA funded projects or on-call projects in San Diego County. Scope of Services related to flood control structures, traffic engineering, surveying, landfills, water pollution control, water/wastewater facilities, roadway/civil design, right-of-way and geotechnical.
