THE CORRECTED PLANS SET WAS ISSUED AND POSTED TO THE WEBSITE ON FRIDAY, MARCH 24TH. As of April 5th a new Bid Form and General Conditions Spreadsheet and 7 RFI Responses have been issued.

NEW CONSTRUCTION - Anticipated Start date on or before November 1, 2017.
Section 3 Local Hire Requirement:
"To the fullest extent possible, bidders shall make provisions to provide employment opportunities to minority, women, and low income local residents."

This project is NOT subject to either state or federal prevailing wages.

Celestina Garden Apartments, Sonoma (Fetters Hot Springs), consists of one, three story, Type V-A construction (no exposed wood, 1 hr walls, floor/ceiling/roof, and structural frame), senior residential building on 3.06 acres of the Sonoma Springs Mixed Use project. Building consists of back to back stacked flats with access stairs and two accessible elevators. The reception area and project offices are located on the ground floor adjacent to the main entrance. Mailboxes and trash room are also on the ground floor. Laundry rooms are located on the upper floors.

All trades requested. Scope of work includes but is not limited to earthwork, utilities, concrete, masonry, structural and miscellaneous metals, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinets, counter tops, below grade waterproofing, sheet waterproofing, roofing, siding, gutters and down spouts, joint sealants, doors, frames, hardware, overhead coiling doors, storefronts, steel windows, vinyl windows, glazing, metal louvers, drywall, plaster, tiling, flooring, painting, FRP, signage, toilet and bath accessories, closet specialties, exterior awnings, residential appliances, ballet barre, window coverings, site furnishings, hydraulic elevators, trash chutes, fire sprinklers, plumbing, solar water heating system, HVAC, electrical including fire alarm and low voltage, landscaping, wood fence and gate, unit paving, and drainage.
