The project’s scope of work includes the replacement of suspender ropes and protective sleeves; rehabilitation of main cables; installation of dehumidification systems for main cable & anchorages; replacement of main span sidewalks; replacement of upper level railings; construction of approach structure for the main span sidewalk, replacement of main span roadway lighting; installation of main span & approaches sidewalk lighting system; replacement of barrier curbs on the main span and related Work at the main span, sidewalk & tower areas, anchorage bases and off-span sidewalks. The following is a list of available, but not limited subcontracting and material supply opportunities for the project.
- Suspender ropes & sleeve fabrication and installation.
- Structural, architectural, and miscellaneous steel fabrication and erection.
- Bridge and sidewalk lighting system.
- Structural demolition.
- Traffic control and permanent and temporary traffic sign erections.
- Bridge and main cable scaffolding and working platform fabrication and installation.
- Structural steel & bridge painting.
- Lead and hazardous material abatement.
- Electrical and mechanical work for the dehumidification system.
- Bridge deck drainage, conduit, and utilities work.
- Pavement markings installation.
- Trucking and hauling services.
- Bridge deck guardrail, railing and fence fabrication and installation.
- Pedestrian and bicycle access ramp construction.
- Structural concrete work.
- Electrical demolition and installation
- Electronic system installation (communication, fiber optic, cctv, acoustic monitoring, video, etc…)
- Inspection & testing services

Your quote must conform to all requirements of the bid documents, including but not limited to the plans, general provisions, special provisions, specifications and contract for construction of the owner (including addenda thereto) and be in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. In the event that your firm is awarded the project, you will be required to execute our standard subcontract or material supply agreement, which is available for your review upon request. Subcontractors and structural steel fabricators will be required to furnish a conforming certificate of insurance along with payment and performance bonds before entering into a subcontract, the cost of which should be included in your quotation
