SEEKING:
NMI is seeking experienced subs qualified to perform C-33 Coatings (industrial), C-10 Electrical, D-06/C-8 Concrete Restoration, and HAZ Hazmat Removal/Disposal for $1.7M waste water treatment plant project in Oakland.

SCOPE:
Refurbish two clarifiers as follows: Remove and dispose of existing clarifier sludge collector and structural supports, install new clarifier sludge collector and structural supports, prepare surfaces and recoat various steel components, resurface concrete, miscellaneous metal repairs, perform electrical and mechanical improvements, test equipment and survey elevations.

Scope letter checklist:

IDENTITY
* Current CA Lic Number and Class
* Subcontractor company legal name
* Physical address, city, state, zip
* CA DIR registration number
* DBE Certification (as applicable)
* Point of contact for questions (name, phone number, email)

SCOPE
* Acknowledge review of project drawings, specs and any addenda
* Indicate bid amounts and corresponding line item number or numbers
* Confirm units of measure per quantity and lump sum for each line item (i.e.: cubic feet, linear feet)
* Specify all inclusions, exclusions and special conditions that may affect your scope
* Reference sheet number and specification section number

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
* Meet requirements including equal opportunity, nondiscrimination, affirmative action, good faith outreach, non-segregated facilities, drug free workplace, debarment
* Generate all required reports and submittals
* Provide insurance coverages to spec requirements as required
