Build a new Power Generation and Switchgear Buildings for the Pump Station, work includes but not limited to the following, Demolition, Earthwork, Shoring, Dewatering, Lead Abatement, Structural Concrete, Concrete Form Liners, Asphalt Paving, Structural Steel, Misc Metals, Cabinetry, Roofing, Joint Sealants, Doors, Windows, Drywall, Flooring, Acoustical Treatment, Specialties, Pumps, Compressors, Generators, Fire Sprinklers, Bridge Cranes, Process Piping, Plumbing, Valves, HVAC, Pipe Supports Electrical and Instrumentation

Quotations must be valid for the same duration as specified by the Owner for the contact award. Conditions or exceptions in Subcontractor's quote are expressly reject unless accepted in writing.
