Kiewit is soliciting subcontractor bids & material quotes from subcontractors & suppliers, including all types of disadvantaged business enterprises as certified by the State of California Department of General Services (SB/DVBE).

This project will develop Phase 5 of the Riverside National Cemetery which includes; 20,000 new full casket gravesites, 13,000 In-Ground Cremains gravesites and 10,000 columbaria niches. The project will increase visitor parking, access to the administration building and relocate cortege staging lanes. There are structural aspects of the project which include relocation of an existing Dispatch booth, repairs to existing committal shelters, improvements to the Administration Building, construction of a new satellite rest room and maintenance facility. The following site work will be included in the scope as well as construction of new and existing landscaped areas including irrigation. All of the mentioned work should be in accordance with the Statement Of Work (SOW) provided by the VA.
