Wylatti Resource Management is looking for qualified subcontractors to perform tasks for the following items of work: LEAD COMPLIANCE PLAN, CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, PORTABLE CHANGEABLE MESSAGE SIGN (LS), TEMPORARY CRASH CUSHION SYSTEM, PREPARE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PROGRAM, TEMPORARY MULCH, TEMPORARY COVER, COLD PLANE ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENT, IMPORTED TOP SOIL (CY), STRAW, HYDROSEED, HOT MIX ASPHALT (TYPE A) HOTMIX ASPHALT (LEVELING), ASPHALT BINDER (GEOSYNTHETIC PAVEMENT INTERLAYER), GEOSYNTHETIC PAVEMENT INTERLAYER (PAVING FABRIC), CENTERLINE RUMBLE STRIP, PLACE HOT MIX ASPHALT DIKE (TYPE A), PLACE HOT MIX ASPHALT DIKE (TYPE F), PLACE HOT MIX ASPHALT (MISCELLANEOUS AREA), TACK COAT, METAL BEAM GUARD RAILING (STEEL POST), METAL BEAM GUARD RAILING (7'POST), 4" THERMOPLASTIC TRAFFIC STRIPE, PAVEMENT MARKER (RETROREFLECTIVE-RECESSED), MODIFY LIGHTING. All listed items of work are made available. Items listed above will be reviewed to assist in identifying opportunities for DBE Subcontractors.
Requirements: Wylatti Resource Management will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, worker's compensation, and insurance coverage during the entire length of the contract. Performance and Payment Bonds may be required. Conditions or exceptions in Subcontractor's quote are expressly rejected unless accepted in writing. All subcontractors will be required to sign our Standard Subcontract Agreement. Please include your Contractor's License Number, DIR Number, and your DBE Firm ID Number on the quote. Plans and specifications are available for viewing at our office or you may call Wylatti Resource Management for further assistance. Please call if assistance is needed in obtaining bonding, insurance, materials, and supplies. Wylatti Resource Management intends to work coopertively with all qualified firms seeking work on this project.
