This project includes, but is not limited to: surveying, clearing & grubbing, demolition, grading, earthwork, natural gas line relocation, ag base, AC & DG paths, CIP concrete, rebar, Ultrablock MSE wall system, storm drain, trench drain, rip rap, irrigation restoration, hydroseed, wood post wire mesh fence, weathered steel post wooden fence, ornamental fence, pavement markings, paint concrete, pre-cast box culvert (Tunnel), box culvert barrier, metal bean guard rail system, rebar, temporary soldier pile wall, waterproofing, prefabricated 199 ft wood pinned arch bridge and wood girder bridge, electrical.

Request for Qualified/Certified Sub Bids/Quotes from DBE Subcontractors & Suppliers - DBE Goal 10%. Westcon Construction intends to work cooperatively with all qualified firms seeking work on this project, including but not limited to breaking out contract work items into economically feasible units to increase overall DBE participation. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds for subcontractors may be required and assistance is available with bonding, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies and materials.
