Project consists of the construction of the bridge from Northbound (Westbound) I-94/90 to Eastbound Congress Parkway. Work includes bridge demolition, bridge construction, erosion control and protection, utility relocation of existing storm sewers, non special waste excavation, earth excavation and embankment, miscellaneous storm sewers, pavements, roadway lighting, ITS, and urban enhancements.
