Is seeking qualified DBEs, DVBEs, MBEs, WBEs, SBE

The Capital Projects Management Division (“CPM”) of the Public Works Department, Contra
Costa County, intends to engage one or more architectural firms to provide professional services
for the planning effort for potential major County facility projects which may include the
following: 1.) A new County Administration Building, located in the same location or adjacent
location(s) or on other County-owned properties in Martinez, California. 2.) A new Emergency
Operations Center. 3.) Possible other major County facilities identified as part of the County’s
long term needs being identified as part of on-going Capital Improvement Program development.
The County is interested in firms with expertise and experience in planning and feasibility studies
