Skanska-Flatiron, a Joint Venture (SFJV) is interested in soliciting in Good Faith all subcontractors as well as certified DBE subcontractors related to the scopes of work below for the I-405Project. All Quotes are due August 26, 2016 at 2:00 PM so that all bids/proposals can be fairly evaluated.

Requested scopes include, but are not limited to the following and should be based on the 5-3843 RFP and its amendments.
Subcontractors: AC Dike, AC Material, AC Paving and Grinding, Aggregates, Cement, CIDH, Clear and Grub, Concrete Barrier, Concrete (Ready Mix), Concrete Pile, Construction Signs, Cont. Soils Removal, Demolition, Environmental, Erosion Control, Fencing, Form Liners, Grinding, Jack and Bore, Joint Seal Sub, Joint Seals, Landscape, Masonry, MBG, Misc. Concrete, Misc. Metals Bridge/Iron and Steel, MSE Panels, OH Signs, PCC Paving, Pile Driving, Precast Concrete, RCP, Rebar, Steel Pile, Street Sweeping/Water Trucks, Striping, Surveying, SWPPP, TieBacks, Tiebars-Dowels-Baskets, and Trucking
Services/Vendors: Monitoring: Sound, Vibration, Geo, and Air Quality, Security, Office Supplies, Reprographics, Sweeper Truck, Water Trucks, Jobsite Sanitation, Janitorial, SWPPP, Progress Photography, Catering, Testing & Inspection, Document Control
SFJV will assist qualified subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, materials and/or supplies. If you are a DBE Firm, please provide your certification letter with your proposal. If you are a non-DBE, please indicate all lower-tier participation on your quotation as it will be evaluated with your price. In order to assist DBE subcontractors and suppliers, we will divide total requirements into smaller packages, tasks or quantities and establish delivery and construction schedules which will permit maximum participation when feasible. Performance/Payment/Supply Bond may be required.
All bidders: please submit your quote with applicable insurance costs provided as a separate line item, and based on OCTA’s minimum insurance requirements as called out in the RFP.

This contractor and subcontractor(s) shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
