Suulutaaq is bidding the Mariposa Grove Phase 5 upgrades. The work includes new and upgraded parking areas as well as two new wood-framed buildings. There are water tanks, septic tank systems, and SCADA systems required.

Vendors requested to provide pricing include the following: AB, AC, Concrete, Wood Framing, Signs, Septic Tank Systems, Precast Concrete Buildings and Park Facilities such as benches.

Services requested include: temporary traffic control, water trucks, trucking, surveying, dumpsters, chemical toilets, jobsite trailers.

Trades requested include the following: Rough and Finish Carpentry, including glu-lam trusses, wood posts, plywood shear walls, wood shingle roofs, wood siding, architectural interior wood finishes, wood cabinetry with wood, granite, and solid surface counter tops, Finishes, including GWB, Paint, Tile, FRP wall panels, Accessories including bathroom partitions, bathroom accessories, and building signs, Trades including full plumbing, fire sprinkler, HVAC, Electrical, including comm, fiber optic, and fire alarm.

The proposal will be next-day mailed to Colorado, so all quotes must be received by noon on 5/11/16.

Suulutaaq, Inc. is signatory to Operating Engineers and Laborers union. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontracted price. (Please note: Suulutaaq may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Contract Code Sect. 4108). Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance, and worker’s compensation coverage meeting Suulutaaq’s requirements and will be required to sign the standard Suulutaaq Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator. Drawings and specifications are available for viewing at our office located at 110 Railroad Ave., Suite A, Suisun City, CA 94585.
