Leighton Consulting, Inc. is looking for currently certified DBE firms serving San Bernardino County that can provide services for laboratory construction materials testing including concrete, rebar, and post-tensioning strands and California licensed Structural Engineer (SE) support. All DBE firms must be certified under the California Unified Certification Program (CUCP) by the bid/proposal due date.
