Project Completion: All Basic Bid Work may begin May 10, 2016 or as otherwise directed in the Notice to Proceed and all Work must be fully completed prior to August 11, 2016. Oregon Tech will be
closed on May 30, 2016 and July 4, 2016 and no Work may be performed on those dates.

Project Scope: To furnish all labor, materials and
equipment for supervision and other facilities necessary to complete the construction of soccer facilities at
Purvine Field, including construction of a new synthetic turf field and all related temporary facilities and
controls, earthwork, utilities, and equipment and site furnishings. If funds allow, Alternate Bid Items
described elsewhere may be Awarded. The work shall be performed under a single prime contract.

Alternates: There are eight (8) Alternates for this Project.

Alternate Bid Item 2 – Field Lighting System
Alternate Bid Item 3 – Substitute LED Lighting System
Alternate Bid Item 4 – Chain Link Fencing
Alternate Bid Item 5 – Chain Link Security Fencing & Gate Upgrade
Alternate Bid Item 6 – Turf Watering System
Alternate Bid Item 7 – Add Field Center Logo
Alternate Bid Item 8 – Bidder-Designed Geothermal Sno-Melt

Oregon Public University Procurement Website (www.orpu.org).

Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, worker's compensation and insurance coverage during the entire length of the prime contract. If we can be of assistance with providing specs, plans, obtaining bonding, insurance, materials and/or supplies or have any questions related to the referenced project, please contact our office at (541)882-8377. RMC may require subcontractors to provide bonding for their value of work. If required by RMC, we will reimburse bonding costs up to 1.5% of the total subcontract value.
