Wylatti Resource Management, Inc. (WRM) is seeking quotes from certified DBE / MBE / WBE / UDBE / SBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Caltrans 01-378174, Rehabilitate Culverts project, bidding on October 29, 2015., including but not limited to: Lead Compliance Plan, Traffic Control System, Portable Changeable Message Sign, Prepare Water Pollution Control Program, Temporary Fiber Wall, Temporary silt Fence, Temporary Fence (ESA), Biologist, Natural Resource Protection Plan, and Paint Traffic Stripe. Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. WRM will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.

All qualified DBE subcontractors must be registered and certified by the California Department of Transportation. All subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance, and worker's compensation coverage meeting WRM's requirements. Prior to the bid, you can contact our office if you require assistance in bonding, lines of credit, insurance, obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials or services etc., which may be required by the Owner. The quotations may be broken down into comparable units as reasonably necessary. WRM will work with suppliers and subcontractors to identify opportunities and break down items into economically feasible unit. Plans may be reviewed at our office at 23601 Cemetery Lane, Covelo, CA 95428 or they may be obtained through Caltrans at http://www.dot.ca.gov/hq/esc/oe/weekly_ads/project.php. For any bid proposal submitted on or after March 1, 2015 and any contract for public work entered into on or after April 1, 2015, the following registration requirements apply: Every Subcontractor is required to be registered to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5 of the Public Contract Code (Section 1725.5). No Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal pursuant to Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code, or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, unless currently registered to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. No bid shall be accepted nor any subcontract entered into without proof of the Subcontractor\'s current registration to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5.
