Carroll Building Company is requesting Sub-Bids from qualified DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the El Camino J.H. School Kitchen Remodel and Fire Alarm Project - Bid No. 5066 (LOCATION: 219 W. EI Camino, Santa Maria, CA 93454) - for the Santa Maria-Bonita School District. The project includes but is not limited to a remodel of the existing kitchen and the addition of a fire alarm system. Scope of work including concrete, rough carpentry, doors and hardware, portland cement plaster, gypsum board, epoxy floor coatings, painting, limited drywall and t-bar work, roof patching, louvers and vents, signage, fire protection specialties, toilet and bath accessories, freezer, refrigerator, exhaust hood, general mechanical requirements, plumbing, HVAC w/control system, electrical, fire alarm and detection systems.

This project requires prevailing wage as determined by the Director of the
Department of Industrial Relations, State of California. The Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract agreement. No modifications to the contract are permitted.
