R.E. Staite Engineering, Inc. is requesting quotes from qualified SBE's and DBE's for the Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal Pile Replacement project. The work to be done includes transportation of and removal of existing pipe piles, replacement of damaged UHMW rub strips and driving piles. Requested subcontractors and vendors include, but are not limited to: Cathodic Protection, Coating, Diving, Pile Caps, Pipe Pile (Steel)and Towing Services (Tug). Quotes are requested by Tuesday, September 15 by 10 AM.

Please include the following with your quote: Subcontractor Participation Form (please complete boxes 1-8); EEO-1 Certification Form; Form 1 Debarment & Suspension; Letter of Intent (template provided);Affidavit of Size for SBE’s; SBE Certificate/DBE Certificate if applicable. Please also be sure to acknowledge all addenda (as of 9/3/15 Addendum 1 has been issued).
