Wylatti Resource Management, Inc. (WRM) is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to: L Lead Compliance Plan; Construction Area Signs; Traffic Control System; Temporary Traffic Stripe (Paint); Portable Changeable Message Sign; Prepare WPCP; Temporary Fence; Remove Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe (Hazardous Waste); Remove & Replace Pavement Marker; Remove AC Dike; Cold Plane AC Pavement; Roadway Excavation; Shoulder Backing; Subgrade Enhancement Geotextile; Class 2 Aggregate Base; Crack Treatment; Prepaving Inertial Profiler; Prepaving Grinding Day; Replace Asphalt Concrete Surfacing; Hot Mix Asphalt (Type A); Hot Mix Asphalt-Open Graded; Asphalt Binder (Geosynthetic Pavement Interlayer); Centerline Rumblestrip; Data Core; Place HMA Dike; Tack Coat; Furnish Aluminum Sign; Roadside Sign; Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe; Pavement Marker (Retroreflective & Retroreflective-Recessed); Trucking & Material Hauling. Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. WRM will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.

All qualified DVBE and SBE subcontractors must be registered and certified by the California Department of Transportation. All subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance, and worker's compensation coverage meeting WRM's requirements. Prior to the bid, you can contact our office if you require assistance in bonding, lines of credit, insurance, obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials or services etc., which may be required by the Owner. The quotations may be broken down into comparable units as reasonably necessary. WRM will work with suppliers and subcontractors to identify opportunities and break down items into economically feasible unit. Please contact our office and advise us if you are interested in bidding on this project. In order that we may give your bid maximum consideration, please supply us with a FAX letter at least one day prior to the bid date describing the scope of your work. For any bid proposal submitted on or after March 1, 2015 and any contract for public work entered into on or after April 1, 2015, the following registration requirements apply: Every Subcontractor is required to be registered to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5 of the Public Contract Code (Section 1725.5). No Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal pursuant to Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code, or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, unless currently registered to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. No bid shall be accepted nor any subcontract entered into without proof of the Subcontractor's current registration to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5.
