Granite Construction Company is soliciting bids from all Small, Small Disadvantaged, Woman-Owned Small, HUBZone Small, and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses for work to be performed in connection with the RFP for Contract Number W912BV-15-R-0013 KC-46A Depot Maintenance Complex Support Infrastructure and KC-46A Two-Bay Depot Maintenance Hangar , to be bid April 16th, 2015 at 2:00PM.

This project involves providing a two-bay multi use depot maintenance facility configured for corrosion control and fuel aircraft maintenance. Work includes refined grading of site, storm drainage, all utility infrastructure systems including electrical, water, sewer and communications connections with the Infrastructure Project systems, roads aircraft parking apron and all other supporting facilities. The Depot Maintenance Complex Support Infrastructure work involves leveling the Maintenance Complex site, storm drainage all utility infrastructure systems including electrical, water, sewer, communications and fuel.

Granite will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage meeting Granite’s requirements and will be required to sign the standard Granite Subcontract Agreement.
