WeaverCooke Construction invites all qualified MWBE / HUB subcontractors and vendors to submit proposals for the following project: Civic Park Phase II in Salisbury, NC – Consists of the demolition of 22 existing apartment buildings and the new construction of 90 units spread out amongst two/three bedroom townhomes, three/four bedroom stack-flat duplexes and one/two bedroom stack-flat quadruplexes. Phase II will also include an addition to the new Community Center – Phase I is currently undergoing construction.
