Leighton Consulting, Inc. is looking for currently certified DBE firms serving the Los Angeles County that can provide services for Preliminary Endangerment Assessment, Construction of Environmental Remedial Treatment Systems, Toxicology/Health Risk Analysis, Geophysical Survey, Analytical Testing, Waste Transportation, Soil Excavation/Trenching, Groundwater Modeling and Fate & Transport Studies, Surveying, Geoprobe, Cone Penetration Testing, Backhoe Drilling, Drilling, Traffic Control, Non-destructive Testing, and Mobile Laboratories. All DBE firms must be certified under the California Unified Certification Program (CUCP) by the bid/proposal due date.
