Notice to NYS Certified M/WBE Sub-contractors for Construction Observation for the Village of Waterloo Phase 2 Inflow/Infiltration (I/I) Project, EFC PROJECT C8-6422-03-00. Quotes are now being accepted for the work, which will include oversight of the activities of the construction Contractor. The Construction Observer assigned to the project should meet the following minimum qualifications: ? Inspected at least three sanitary sewer inflow and infiltration projects for projects that are a minimum length of 5,000 lineal feet. ? At least 5 years experience in construction inspection of water and wastewater construction projects. Please include in your response a brief firm profile, resume(s) for the staff you propose to use on this project, a labor and non-labor rate schedule and a budget estimate for the work assuming 160 hours of inspection (full-time for one (1) month) plus travel to and from the site in Waterloo, NY. Work involves the oversight of the Pipeline contractor on sewer relining including lateral cuts and attendance at two (2) meetings (Pre-construction and substantial completion).
