All pricing shall be firm for 90 days. All addenda and RFI?s must be acknowledged. All exclusions shall be clearly noted. Bonding rate should not be included in bid, but must be listed. Any bids that do not conform to any of the aforementioned requirements will not be considered.

The total project value is estimated at approximately $6,000,000 and has a contract duration of 285 working days. Alabbasi is willing to breakdown discrete items of work into small more economically feasible units to encourage more participation from WBE/MBE/DBE firms. Alabbasi may require bonding of any subcontract over $100,000, however assistance will be made available in obtaining bonds, insurance, and lines of credit.
