Quotes requested include, but are not limited to the following scopes of work: LEAD COMPLIANCE, CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, PORTABLE CHANGEABLE MESSAGE SIGN, JOB SITE MANAGEMENT, WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PROGRAM, TEMPORARY HYDRAULIC MULCH, EROSION CONTROL, STREET SWEEPING, REMOVE THERMOPLASTIC TRAFFIC STRIPE, TREATED WOOD WASTE, NOISE MONITORING, REMOVE CULVERT, REMOVE INLET, REMOVE HEADWALL AND RETAINING WALL, STRUCTURE EXCAVATION, HOT MIX ASPHALT, PLACE HOT MIX ASPHALT DIKE, STRUCTURAL CONCRETE BOX CULVERT, MINOR CONCRETE (MINOR STRUCTURE), MINOR CONCRETE (BACKFILL), ALTERNATIVE PIPE CULVERT, CORRUGATED STEEL PIPE ARCH, THERMOPLASTIC TRAFFIC STRIPING AND PAVEMENT MARKINGS, TRUCKING.

Bids may be faxed or e-mailed. Please make sure that prior to bid time your quotation is received by our company. Scope letters should be submitted the day before the bid date. Bonds may be required: 100% Performance and 100 % Payment for the full amount of subcontractor's price. Surety companies will have to be approved by Engelke Construction, Inc. Engelke may pay up to 1.5 % of bond premium. Union signatory is required. Engelke's listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor's conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor's bid proposal. Quotations must be valid for the same duration and specified by the owner for contract award. Engelke is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor's proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope contained in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Plans and specifications may be obtained through Caltrans at http://www.dot.ca.gov/hq/esc/oe/weekly_ads/project_output.php, local plan rooms, builder's exchanges as well as trade publications such as Daily Pacific Builder or the North Coast Builders Exchange.
