Griffith Company is seeking qualified DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the California Department of Transportation contract #09-354104 for construction on state highway 12 miles North of Lee Vining from 0.4 mile North to 1.6 mile North of Virginia Lakes Road. We are soliciting quotes for the following: Lead Compliance Plan, CAS, Striping, Portable Changeable Message Sign, Prepare WPCP, Drainage Inlet Protection, Street Sweeping, Treated Wood Waste, Remove Markers, Remove Metal Beam Guard Railing, Remove Asphalt Concrete Dike, Remove Delineator, Salvage Grate, Cold Plane Asphalt Concrete Pavement, Shoulder Backing, Sand Cover, Cold In Place Recycling, Cement, Emulsified Recycling Agent, Asphaltic Emulsion, HMA superpave, Shoulder Rumble Strip, Centerline Rumble Strip, Data Core, Place HMA Dike (type E & F) Place HMA, Tack Coat, Iron & Steel, Delineator, Snow Pole Marker, Metal Beam Guard Railing.

Griffith Company is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons, and Carpenters Unions. Subcontractors must also be signatory to a union. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Subcontracts must have a current contractor's license, insurance and be required to sign the standard Griffith Company agreement (without any changes made to such agreement).
