Griffith Company is seeking qualified DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Full Depth Rehabilitation with Cement and Asphalt Concrete Overlay on Paige Avenue and Foster Drive and Asphalt Rubber Cape Seal on Monney Blvd. project for the City of Tulare. We are soliciting quotes for the following: Full Depth Rehabilitation with Cement, Cold Plane Asphalt, Asphalt Concrete, Fog Seal, Export Material, Raise Existing Manhole Frame & Cover, Raise Existing Water Valve Box, Raise Existing Monument Box, Traffic Loop, Handicap Accessible Ramp, Pavement Delineation, Markers and Markings, Staking, Re-Set Street Monument, Traffic Control, Asphalt Rubber Cape Seal, Micro-Surfacing Seal.

Plans and Specifications are available for review in our office. Please call for an appointment to review and assist in plan take-off/review. Griffith Company is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons, and Carpenters Unions. Subcontractors must also be signatory to a union. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Subcontracts must have a current contractor's license, insurance and be required to sign the standard Griffith Company agreement (without any changes made to such agreement).
