Engelke Construction, Inc. is seeking qualified DBE subcontractors and suppliers for Construction on state highway in Sonoma county, about 19 miles north of Jenner at Warren Creek for Cal Trans, contract #04-3S7524. The project entails replacing culvert and installing rock slope protection. Requesting solicitations for: construction area signs, traffic control system, PCMS, tack coat, thermoplastic striping and markings, pavement markers, trucking, water pollution control plan, lead compliance plan, temporary items including but not limited to: (striping/k-rail/crash cushions/drainage inlet protection/construction entrance/creek diversion system/concrete washout/ESA fencing/wetlands protection mat), temporary traffic signal, roadway excavation, imported borrow, erosion control, minor concrete (minor structure and misc. construction) culvert pipe, rock slope protection fabric.
May require bonds, may pay premium up to 1.5%, union, plans and specs may be obtained at local plan rooms, builders exchanges, trade publications such as Daily Pacific Builder or the North Coast Builders Exchange, Caltrans website http://www.dot.ca.gov/hq/esc/oe/weekly_ads/project.php
