Project Details
In general, the work consists of a new construction of an extension of Matador Drive by approximately 500 feet north of the present terminus. Construction of a new F5 parking lot of approximately 100,000 sf. adjacent to the extension of Matador Drive and the resurfacing and restriping of the G4 Parking. Work to include grading, curbs gutters, fencing, drainage, lighting, landscape, irrigation and controls. Construction estimate is $2,900,000.00 for the base bid.There is a minimum of 3% DVBE participation required on this project. We are actively seeking qualified DVBE subcontractors. Qualified SBE subcontractors are also encouraged to participate.
