Project Details
MDG Design & Construction, LLC, a Long Island based general contractor, is actively seeking experienced Minority and / or Women Owned Enterprise construction material suppliers and subcontractors to work with MDG on the rehabilitation of 219 units of occupied housing in Staten Island. Work includes masonry, roofing, windows, electrical, boilers and new kitchens. We are seeking M/WBEs for the following: Moderate rehab of kitchens, drywall and painting, new roof installation, facade masonry (brick pointing and replacement), replacement of windows, boiler, kitchen cabinets, black top; replacement of bath plumbing fixtures.
