Intro to Government Small Business Certifications - 2025 Update

The New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) APEX Accelerator is hosting a webinar introducing attendees to business certifications offered by the Small Business Administration, with information up to date for new developments in 2025. The course will cover SBA certifications including Small Business Self-Certification, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) & 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) programs. Attendees will learn more about how these certifications can benefit them, and how to apply for them. Subject matter experts will also cover the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) and recent SBA regulatory and legislative changes.
