Understanding Commercially Useful Function in California

The California Department of General Services (DGS) is hosting a free Zoom webinar on understanding the definition of the Commercially Useful Function (CUF) requirement as it relates to working for the State of California and ensuring compliance with their procedures. Certified Small Businesses and Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses will receive guidance on ensuring the subcontract work they do on State contracts is in compliance with the CUF definition.
