REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING CONSULTING SERVICES COUNTY OF BUTLER, PENNSYLVANIA
YEARS 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030, 2031

Notice is hereby given that the County of Butler is requesting proposals for Community Development and Housing Consulting Services, PA 16001 Telephone (724) 284-5303.
Sealed proposals will be received electronically via PennBid in the office of the Butler County Controller on or before December 7, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and opened shortly thereafter in the County Controller's office located on the 5th floor in the Butler County Government Center, 124 W. Diamond Street, Butler, PA. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject, in whole or in part, any or all proposals received, and further reserve the right to negotiate the final contract terms, including cost, subsequent to the submission of sealed proposals.
Specifications for the proposal may be obtained via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) Any questions regarding the proposal must be submitted via the "Ask A Question" feature in PennBid no later than December 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
The County of Butler will assign a weight for MBE/WBE and Section 3 business participation for each Request for Proposal. This weight will be included as one of the criteria for selection for each RFP.
