We are looking for quotes on all trades including, demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, glass, doors, finishes, specialties, elevators, fire sprinkler, MEP, fire alarm, earthwork, utilities, and landscaping.

All subcontractors must have insurance and the bonding capacity for their scope. Bonding will only be required if he contractor does not meet Birch's financial pre qualification.
