We are seeking quotes from DBE/MBE/WBE certified subcontractors for the upgrades to the East Greenwich Water Treatment Plant located at 5880 Post Road in Warwick, Rhode Island to treat for manganese and per- and
polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). Treatment process upgrades include a new treatment building equipped with new filtration vessels, a below grade clearwell, a below grade backwash waste holding tank, finished water and well pumps, and office, mechanical, and electrical spaces. Site upgrades include new yard piping, paved site access, stormwater management areas, a floodplain compensatory storage area, a sewer force main, and wetland buffer restoration activities.

This project is being funded in part by the Rhode Island Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan program. As such, all work under this Contract is subject to the prevailing wage rates of the State of Rhode Island and the Davis Bacon Regulations, in accordance with RIGL 37-13-1.
