Project scope includes demolition, concrete repairs, masonry restoration, trim replacement, new roofing, openings, flooring, painting, bath accessories, appliances, cabinetry, MEPF work, and elevator modernization. This project has business enterprise goals of 21% African American, 2% Hispanic American, 0.5% Asian American, 0.5% Native American, and 11% Women. Workforce (boots-on-the-ground) goals are 25% minority, 5% women, 20% city resident, and 15% apprentice.
