Ella S.A. Contracting, L.P. is soliciting quotes for the City of Del Rio Water Pipeline Replacement Project Phase 2

Construction of water distribution system pipelines & components replacing existing water infrastructure consisting of approximately 50,667 LF of 8-inch diameter pipelines and 7,581 LF of 12-inch diameter pipelines. The project will include all pipes, associated valves, fittings hydrants, & water appurtenances, encasements, water service line & meter replacement, cutting & patching of streets, all testing, disinfection, SWPPP measures, traffic control, and related material & procedures as outlined in the construction plans and specifications.

MBE and WBE participation is highly encouraged

This contract is subject to the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) and the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program, which includes and offers procurement opportunities to all businesses during solicitations. EPA rules require that applicants and prime contractors/consultants make a "good faith effort" to award an equitable amount of contracts, subcontracts, and procurements in a nondiscriminatory manner through demonstration of the six affirmative steps.
