All bid items are open for SBE/DBE/MBE/WBE participation, including but not limited to the following:
Traffic control including (temporary Krail, delineator, crash cushions and signs
Portable changeable message signs
SWPPP
Street Sweeping
Trucking (Flatbeds, Super 10s, End Dump)
Clearing & Grubbing
Striping
Electrical
Guard railing
Landscaping and Irrigation (revegetation and all landscaping materials)
Signing
Materials (i.e. pipe, concrete, aggregates, gravel, asphalt, riprap, geotextile, base, misc. metals, etc.)
Beador is a Union Contractor and we require Union Subcontractors. Subcontractors will be required to meet Beador� insurance and labor requirements. Subcontractors may be required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds from a surety acceptable to Beador. Beador will reimburse for bond premium not to exceed 1% of subcontract. Per current state regulations, please provide a current DIR number and expiration date with your quote as well as your license number and expiration.
Quotes are required to be in accordance with the plans and specifications and good for the contract duration as specified in the bid documents.
