Project Details

Arup is currently preparing a proposal in response to the City of Austin's Request for Proposals for the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) On-Call Planning Services contract: RFP 8100 SAR3011.

As part of our commitment to support inclusive procurement practices and in alignment with the City of Austin's Good Faith Efforts, we are seeking to connect with certified MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) and WBE (Women Business Enterprise) firms that may be interested in joining our team as subconsultants.

We are specifically looking for MBE/WBE firms with experience in the following areas:

• Airfield/Airspace Modeling (AirTOP)
• In-Office Airport Planning Staff Augmentation
• NavAids and FAA Compliance
• Aviation/Passenger Activity Forecasting

Although this solicitation does not have a specific MBE/WBE goal, we are committed to engaging diverse and local businesses in meaningful roles and ensuring compliance where we are engaging sub-consultants to support the team.

The full scope of work, plans, and specifications are available for review on the following link: https://financeonline.austintexas.gov/afo/account_services/solicitation/solicitation_details.cfm?sid=142565

We are happy to assist interested MBE/WBE firms with finding bonding, insurance, technical support, or access to equipment and materials as needed.
