We are seeking MBE (African-American, Hispanic-American, Asian-American, Native-American) and WBE subcontractors to perform subcontractor scopes of work that are critical to project success, including Sitework, Concrete, Div. 9, and MEP's. The overall scope of work includes significant additions to and renovations of the existing Central VPA and Collegiate High School. Our goals for this project are as follows: Contracts: 21% African-American-Owned BE, 2% Hispanic-Owned BE, 0.5% Asian-American-Owned BE, 0.5% Native-American-Owned BE, and 11% Woman-Owned BE; Workforce: 25% Minority, 7% Female.
