Electrical/lighting upgrades and rehabilitation work on runway pavement, including partial and full slab replacement to address deteriorating electrical kerf cuts. Runway shoulder pavement markings will be replaced after rehabilitation is complete, that includes asphalt and concrete pavement, demo/mill existing pavement, erosion control/SWPPP, escort, flagging and sweeping, trucking and hauling materials, drainage works and base materials
