Oshkosh AeroTech, LLC is soliciting Local Business Enterprises (DBE) firms to participate in the Terminal Passenger Mechanical and Security Improvements at the Killeen Regional Airport.

All prospective firms must be currently certified by the State of Texas Unified Certification Program.

We are seeking qualified DBE firms to transport two (2) Preconditioned Air Units from Ogden, Utah to Killeen Regional Airport, based on the ability to transport loads per the following criteria:
• Access to step deck or Flatbed trailers.
• Each load will require protective tarps.
• Trucking firms must own at least one fully operational truck. The owner is not required to drive the truck and may hire drivers.
• The truck must have a current registration and be properly licensed
