The Recipient recognizes as goals the applicable Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)/Women
Business Enterprise (WBE) “fair share” goals negotiated with EPA by the Division for construction,
supplies, equipment and services as follows:

Equipment MBE 1% WBE 1%
Services MBE 1% WBE 2%
Supplies MBE 1% WBE 1%

RFPs must be submitted electronically via the online bidding system (NGEM).
