including certified MBE, WBE & ESB firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to:
Traffic Control, Erosion Control, Surveying, Excavation, Pipe, Concrete, Asphalt Paving, Striping, Signs,
Electrical, Landscaping & Irrigation.

Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license and comply with all Oregon registration requirements. Subcontractors must have worker's compensation and insurance coverage at limits acceptable to RMC during the length of the prime contract and include Waiver of Subrogation to RMC on insurance policies. RMC may require subcontractors to provide 100% performance and payment bonding for their value of work. If required by RMC, we will reimburse bonding costs up to 1.5% of the total subcontract value.
