Cratus, Inc. is requesting quotes from Certified DBE, MBE, WBE Subcontractors, Suppliers & Haulers for the construction of EBMUD's Oakland Inner Harbor Pipeline Crossing job. The engineer's estimate for the project is $25M to $35M.

Quotes are requested from qualified contractors for scopes, including but not limited to; Demolition, Traffic Control, Striping, Saw-Cutting, Electrical Work & instrumentation, Grading & Paving, Crane Equipment, Pipeline Abandonment/Grouting, Trucking, Other Required Work and Trades. Suppliers are required for HDPE / ML&CS / ML&PCS Piping, Water Material & Construction Aggregate.

Work includes: furnish and install approx. 4,075 lf of 24-inch mortar lined and coated steel (ML&CS) pipe and 6,250 lf of 24-inch mortar lined and plastic coated steel (ML&PCS), including all connection piping, appurtenances, and fittings; furnish and install approx. 605 lf of conductor casing; furnish and install approx. 3,000 lf of 32-inch HDPE pipe under the Oakland Inner Harbor by HDD; furnish and install a flow meter and all associated electrical, civil, and structural appurtenances; provide required traffic control measures, final paving and site restorations; abandon existing 24-inch, 20-inch, and 4-inch cast-iron pipes; perform related required work.
