Leighton Consulting, Inc. is seeking qualified, experienced, and currently certified DBE firms in and around Riverside County that can provide the following services on an on-call basis:
Special inspections, laboratory and field testing of materials, and preparing any requested / required reports to serve as quality assurance in capital projects. Services may also be requested to perform plant inspection, geo-technical studies and recommendations.
