Michels Corporation is seeking MBE Certified Contractors for subcontracting opportunities for the City of Vancouver, WA "ITB 22-09: Southside Interceptor CIPP Sewer Rehabilitation PH 3", Project No. PRJ100262. We are soliciting quotes for the following items: Traffic Control, Bypass Pumping, Excavation, as well as any applicable items not listed. All quotations applicable to the construction of this project will be accepted and reviewed.
