Project Details
Renovation of approximately 2,400 square feet of open library seating area on the lower floor into a maker space with equipment room and storage room. Work consists of minor demolition, construction of new metal stud and gypsum board walls and finishes, aluminum storefront windows and doors, hollow metal door frames, wood doors and associated hardware. Also included are alterations to the existing mechanical systems and new electrical power and lighting work and an add alternate for inclusion of a sink and associated plumbing.
VPC Builders is currently seeking bids from HUB certified Minority subcontractors for the following project. It is our company policy to provide quick pay agreements to enable minority contractors and suppliers to meet cash-flow demands. Bonding will not be required.
