Michels Corporation is seeking MBE/WBE Certified Contractors for subcontracting opportunities for the City of College Place, WA "2022 Sewer CIPP Project - 7016". We are soliciting quotes for the following items: Traffic Control, as well as any applicable items not listed. All quotations applicable to the construction of this project will be accepted and reviewed.
