Seals Construction Inc is seeking DVBE proposals from ALL TRADES.
This project consists of a new building on an existing community college campus. The project is a two-story building, approximately 68,500 sqft in area. The project also includes minor work in the existing central plan building. Sitework includes new walks, additional accessible parking stalls in the existing parking lot, landscaping and re-alignment of the interior campus loop road to maintain proper fire lanes. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing necessary to support the building is also included.
